Birth Place: McAllen, Texas
Occupation: Student/Dance instructor
Career Goal: My goal is to graduate with a B.A. in business and open up a fitness center with a health food store, dance academy and gym.
Lifetime Goal: I want to meet the man of my dreams, raise a family, and be the owner/director of my own dance studio. I would hope if I have a little girl, she would be enrolled in my dance studio so I could do what I love while still spending time with my family.
Hobbies: classical ballet, dance, running, photography, tennis, skimboarding, reading, writing, cooking and running with my dog!
First Job: Ballet instructor at Deborah Case Dance Academy
Favorite meal: Italian sausage and crispy bread
Favorite sport to play: Tennis – but I love to watch football!
Favorite time of year and why: I love fall especially the end when it gets closer to winter-time. The air is cool and crisp and fresh and the colors of the leaves are beautiful!
Best gift you ever game someone (and who): As a DCC, I love how we do so much to give back to our community and to our U.S. troops. Since I have been a part of this organization, I believe the things we do are the best gifts.
What's something unique about you most people don't know?: When I was 16 years old and I graduated high school, I was asked to teach adult ballet classes. It was an unbelievable experience and I learned a lot!
I've always wanted to: Be able to sing! I do plan on taking singing/voice lessons. It has always been my dream.
Describe your personal style: I love to be different and fashionable, yet at the same time still comfortable and simple. I do love to wear high heels though. I'm 5'2 and it makes me feel taller!
The song that best describes me is: "Girls Just Want To Have Fun"
Words to live by/favorite quote: I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And I will not let what I cannot do interfere with what I can do.
My best and worst habits are: Best – I am always early..to everything! Worst – occasionally I procrastinate because I am easily distracted depending on the situation
If I had a different job, I'd be: A news anchor or sports reporter on the sidelines of a Dallas Cowboys game!
What's your most memorable game moment?: My first game as a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader was my most memorable game. It was everything I thought it would be and more! From the pregame dance, to the player introductions, to dancing on the sidelines in my group, I felt as if I had to pinch myself every second to remind myself that it was real! I didn't think my smile could have gotten any bigger, but it did!
